I Remove my Son from his Catholic High School

They preached about their "great moral values" and they allowed the kid who had helped steal my son's lap top smear his name.  Several days later, we were burglarized and the main suspects are either present or current students at this Catholic boys' school known for its "high moral values".  Yeah, right.  It breaks my heart.  We were left with no choice and even if I wanted to keep my child there, we are now officially broke after the burglary.  There are people who send their kids to religious school in the belief that it will "straighten them out".  I am of the belief that the immoral or amoral kids latch onto the good kids in order to destroy them and their families.  The school's administration should be ashamed of itself.  They owe me and my child an apology and I will go to my grave saying so.  Shame on them and their hypocrisy.  They have hurt a good student who is also a good athlete as well as kind.

Woman Dies during Legal Abortion in Jackson Heights-

Ray Kelly, the police commissioner, and Richard Daines from the New  York State Department of Health, yawn.  As do NARAL, Planned Parenthood, Abortions 'R Us, Choices, and the other abortion mills that plague New York City.  The 37 year old woman has been identified as Alexandra Nunez. Now her four children are left motherless.  She died on Monday at the AI Medical Clinic in Jackson Heights.  "A1" is the name usually reserved for nail salons.  According to the Daily News, "an employee at the clinic - a one-stop gynecology and plastic surgery clinic . . . -insisted that everything had gone well at the second-floor medical facility." Yup,  very well - except for one Ms. Nunez and her dead child.  Nothing to see folks, let's move on!

Has Governor David Paterson Really Lost his Mind?

I am referring of course, to the photos of Governor Paterson hanging out with an attractive woman in New Jersey of all places while Rome - I meant New York - burns.  Doesn't the governor realize that he has no political capital to expend?  Does he not realize that he is being tailed by New York Post reporters and possibly even Attorney General Andrew Cuomo who covets the governorship?  It was bad enough when Paterson and his wife issued their public confessions of adultery.  Now we have photos and witnesses to his "canoodling" in public.  The New York Post even commented on his shenanigans in today's editorial.  The writers for Saturday Night Live should have a field day with this.  I guess Dave really doesn't want to keep his job.  Can't say that I blame him.  On another election, I hope and pray that Scott Brown wins tomorrow in Massachusetts.  Time to end the reign of one party rule in the Bay State.  I would love to see John Kerry have a competitive race.  Prediction:  he will run against Rush Limbaugh the next time around since he has no original ideas or thoughts.  Just another boogy man to fall back on.

Just how Stupid does Michael Goodwin Think We Are?

New York Post columnist Michael Goodwin has fallen out of love with Obama.  Since I was never "in love" with him, the whole idea is incomprehensible to me.  Anybody who had a scintilla of information about The  One knew that he was vastly unqualified to be President of the United States:  he had zero executive experience, had barely served in congress, was a "community organizer"  (which is what Al Sharpton does, I am told), disliked America and American values, and hung out in a church for twenty years while he his pastor proclaimed, "God damn America".  Nice.  Very nice.  Now Goodwin is miffed because Obama's "health plan" will come at the expense of tax paying New Yorkers.  Get a clue, Goodwin:  New Yorkers are not as sophisticated as they would like the rest of the country to believe.  They have this terrible habit of putting total jerks such as Charles Schumer in office so that he can royally screw them.  And they will probably reelect him again in a landslide.  For those of us who get to say, "we told you so", there is little satisfaction as we pay the same high taxes and watch our quality of life deteriorate.  As for Obama's "interference" in New York elections (I am referring to the appointment of the hapless Kristen Gillebrand by David Paterson), the fact that Obama would try to undermine two black politicians (Paterson and Harold Ford Jr.) should surprise no one - he would walk all over his own country to get what he wants.  He is, after all, from Chicago!

or you will be as big a loser as Senator/Puppet Kristin Gillibrand is when Chuckie Schumer is pulling her strings.  There are many pro lifers in New York State and many who oppose gay marriage.  Not everybody is an upper westside, lefty loon.  In fact, many of us are also fiscal conservatives and are tired of Nanny Bloomberg, our mayor, and the clowns in Albany, starting with David Paterson, who tried to force gay marriage onto the public as New York State tanks.  Talk about Nero fiddling while Rome is burning!  Ford, if he decides to run against Gillebrand in a primary, should realize that many of us former Democrats grew ashamed of the Democratic party when it started disrespecting the military, the police, parents, etc.  My advice:  go RIGHT, young man!  And by the way:  Harry the Body Reid is a racist thug who wants to keep minority people on his plantation.  And please stand up for the rights of the preborn especially since racist Democrats who support NARAL and Planned Parenthood target minority women for abortions.

Law and Order Hits a New Low -

even by their standards!  Last night's episode of this decrepit series (the Criminal Intent portion of it) depicted another "crazy Christian" who murdered family members and others so that they would not appear in A Streetcar Named Desire (talk about bad reviews!) and could go straight to Heaven (or something like that).  In recent days, L & O has ridiculed Glenn Beck, Bill O'Reilly, Rush Limbaugh, Orthodox Jews, Persian Jews, Israelis, Christians, pro lifers, etc.  It is time to pull the plug on this decrepit series.  Even Michael Moriarty, its former star, has denounced its Far Left bias.  It is obvious that Mr. Wolf, its producer, and some creep named Rene Balcer, hate conservatives, which, come to think of it, is most Americans.  They even had the nerve to show on the Special Victims Unit portion an episode in which Christians - yes, Christians - stoned a woman to death for having committed adultery!  I seem to recall that it is the Religion of Peace, (otherwise known as Islam) that engages in that dreadful behaviour.  But don't tell that to Wolf, Balcer or the nutty writers of L & O - they might have to really show an episode "ripped from the headlines"!  This used to be an interesting series (when Moriarty and Dzundza were on  with Christopher Noth) but no longer.  The SVU part of it is just plain perverted and preachy.  And who can stand listening to the unfunny comments of lefty bigot Richard Belzer.  Don't you just looooooooooove his obnoxious comments on "Red Staters"?

Let's Defeat Lincoln Chaffee!

Former RINO senator from Rhode Island, Lincoln Chaffee, who has spent most of his life living off his father's name (his father having been a former senator) and attacking real Republicans in addition to embarrassing my alma mater, Brown University, has announced that he wants to run for governor of that beleaguered state. I have never understand why Rhode Island, a state with a large Catholic population, continues to vote for ne'er do well pro aborts such as Chaffee and the awful Patrick Kennedy.  I hope that Chaffee, who is now an "independent" (whatever that means) is challenged and defeated by Steve Laffeee.  The motto of Rhode  Island should be "anybody but this Lincoln".  He is a real turkey.  Sometimes he comes to the Brown University Club to "speak" about what a man of courage he was for attacking former Pres. Bush.  Chaffee is a loser and a user.  I hope that Rhode Island sends him packing. I will also never forget his attacks on John Bolton.  Now he is a real man of courage, not the silly mop top known as "Lincoln Chaffee".

Fire Napolitano Now!

That is, Janet Napolitano, the head of Homeland Security.  This is the fool who claimed several months ago that the biggest threat to the United States was from right to lifers.  It was only because of the actions of brave passengers, in particular a Dutch filmmaker, that a Delta flight was not brought down about 30 minutes before landing.  The Islamist terrorist thug from Nigeria was allowed on the flight from Amsterdam without a passport while old ladies had bottles of shampoo taken from them lest they ignite an explosive device!  The next time a bottle of Prell is confiscated by airport security, think of Napolitano.  This woman should resign - now.  She stupidly and arrogantly thinks that the "system worked".  No, Janet, the "system" did not work - the brave passengers, just as in the case of flight 93, worked.  The culprit was on a terrorist watch list and yet he was allowed to board.  The shame of it all.  P.S.  Where is Obama?  Is he still on his apology tour?

Some thoughts on Brittney Murphy

I was stunned last night to hear of the death of theis beautiful and talented young actress. Murphy was great in Sin City, one of my favorite films.  She played Shelley, the waitress/girlfriend of the horrible Benecio del Toro character who is taught a lesson by the great Clive Owen ad Dwight.  She was also great in the movie Clueless. Brittney Murphy, - R.I.P.  Very sad.

Some Advice for Winter Travellers

who were impacted by the northeast blizzard this weekend.  Don't bother to phone the airliner - the lines will be busy, busy, busy - and don't try to change your flight online - the information about "departures" will frequently be incorrect.  If possible, go to the airport, go to the ticket counter, and try to change the flight then and there.  I did for my child yesterday. And be nice:  the airline holds all the cards.  And the agents were very helpful.  Now, say a prayer!

Some Advice to Governor Huckabee -

regarding the Clemmons murders in the State of Washington (the late Clemmons being the convict whom then Governor Huckabee had pardoned after he had served nine years of a sentence of over one hundred years for burglary) - get ahead of this story.  The late unlamented Clemmons had been given an excessively lengthy sentence which Governor Huckabee reduced to 49 years thus making him eligible for parole after nine years.    Clemmons was in custody in the State of Washington and was released when bail was paid for him.  Washington tragically dropped the ball and now four police officers are dead and their families will suffer for many years.  There is no way that Huckabee could have seen years into the future.  William Bennett, National Review, Michelle Malkin and the usual suspects who usually shill for Governor Romney are trying to pin the blame for these murders on him.  Sensible people won't fall for it.  Some of these so-called pundits - particularly on the Urban Elephants and LGF website as well as NRO - have engaged in Christian bashing  against Governor Huckabee. And that is truly disgusting and disgraceful.  Charles Johnson jumped the shark years ago.  Sick!  Governor Huckabee, incidentally, signed many death warrants while he was governor of Arkansas. I would not call that "soft on crime".

as "Stephanie" to bash Governor Palin?  This troll even quotes from Max Blumenthal, the son of  Sid "Vicious" Blumenthal.  If that is a non-starter, I don't know what is.  Sorry, Stephanie:  I don't get my advice from the Nation Magazine (a commie rag if there every was one) or from Max Blumenthal.  It is a shame that that the execrable UE website has degenerated into this garbage.  This is the same woman who very happily printed garbage on Dan Halloran, who will be a terrific city councilman when he sworn in in January.

Health Care Rationing Begins under Pelosi/Reid Bill!

First they came for the mammograhies.  Next, they came for the Pap tests.  After that, they will target life-saving colonoscopies.  Yes, welcome to the Brave New World of ObamaCare.  Why is President Zero doing this with double digit unemployment and a sinking dollar?  Why?  Because the man is a True Believer.  He is a like your crazy marxist professor who gave you a B instead of an A because you wrote on your essay that you thought that Karl Marx's theories were garbage.  Mammographies save lives. I know one woman who was diagnosed with breast cancer while taking her first mammography at age 40.  According to Obamacare, you should wait until "50" to take this exam and then after two years instead of one year!  And if you are unaware of cancer in your family, well that is your problem!  Now another edict has been issued stating that Pap tests should not be given to women under the age of 21 and after 21 years of age, every two years.  Sounds like health care rationing to me.  And if you have precancerous cells, well, that is your problem.  People must flood the senate will phone calls protesting Harry Reid's and Nancy Pelosi's intrusion into our life saving exams.  And do it now, before the Clown Senate votes tomorrow.

Eric Holder and B. Husein Obam Put us in Danger

once again!  What a shock.  To Obama, the massacre at Fort Hood was a "tragedy".  Those of us who are sane know that it was a terrorist attack that occured on his watch.  Now, AG Holder, the guy who helped pardon the FALN terrorists and Marc Rich has brought Khalid Sheik Muhammed and his pals to New York City to "stand trial" in a federal court right near what used to be the World Trade Center.  Thanks, Eric!  Thanks, B. Husein!  I am writing as someone who uses the subway almost every day.  And thanks, Police Commissioner Kelly - my respect for you just dropped 200%.  No, you will not be able to protect us from lunatics who scream Alahu Akbar and fire bullets into crowds because, quite frankly, you, Mayor Bloomberg and Holder really don't get it.  This change in venue is about embarrssing the Bush adminstration in order to promote Obama among his most ardent supporters:  the crazies who believe that water boarding is torture, hate the USA, and hate what used to the War on Terror.  This is not about "justice" - this is about  Obama's reelection campaign.  And yes, Holder et al. will put the lives of CIA agents in danger.  Shame on them and on the fools that put them in office.
