I am referring of course, to the photos of Governor Paterson hanging out with an attractive woman in New Jersey of all places while Rome - I meant New York - burns. Doesn't the governor realize that he has no political capital to expend? Does he not realize that he is being tailed by New York Post reporters and possibly even Attorney General Andrew Cuomo who covets the governorship? It was bad enough when Paterson and his wife issued their public confessions of adultery. Now we have photos and witnesses to his "canoodling" in public. The New York Post even commented on his shenanigans in today's editorial. The writers for Saturday Night Live should have a field day with this. I guess Dave really doesn't want to keep his job. Can't say that I blame him. On another election, I hope and pray that Scott Brown wins tomorrow in Massachusetts. Time to end the reign of one party rule in the Bay State. I would love to see John Kerry have a competitive race. Prediction: he will run against Rush Limbaugh the next time around since he has no original ideas or thoughts. Just another boogy man to fall back on.
