Now her four children are left motherless. She died on Monday at the AI Medical Clinic in Jackson Heights. "A1" is the name usually reserved for nail salons. According to the Daily News, "an employee at the clinic - a one-stop gynecology and plastic surgery clinic . . . -insisted that everything had gone well at the second-floor medical facility." Yup, very well - except for one Ms. Nunez and her dead child. Nothing to see folks, let's move on!
