Note to Mayor Bloomberg: Money Can't buy you Love!

If I had know how close yesterday's mayor election would be, I would have voted for Thompson instead of the Conservative Party candidate (not that I like Thompson - I don't ).  I was completely turned off by the mass mailings from Bloomberg as well as the awful attack ads with the menacing music in the background.  How much money did my non-vote for Bloomberg cost?  If the man wants to cut waste, he could have started with his own campaign.  Just think:  if the Democrats had tried harder, Thompson may actually have won.  I suspect that there was a backlash against Bloomberg's money and negative campaigning.  I also think that there remains resentment against His Royal Highness's overturning of term limits.  The pollsters were proven incorrect on this election:  they had predicted a double digit blowout and it came down to 5%.  If Thompson had defined himself instead of allowing Bloomberg to do so, he would have won.  I hope Bloomy thinks twice before he gets any more grandiose ideas, but he has a very high opinion of himself.  On a brighter note, I am glad that Dan Halloran, Eric Ulrich and Peter Koo won on the GOP line in Queens.  Even my local candidate, Angelo Maragos, did decently in an area that is overwhelmingly liberal.  What was shocking about that race is how thin skinned Jimmy Van Bramer, the ACORN/Working Family Parties/Democatic candidate is.  He actually sent out attack ads on Angelo which I received after I had already voted!  He was afraid of something.  The normal attitude of most Democrats who run in my area is simply to ignore the opposition.

Send a Message to the Skinny Toothpick of a Governor in NJ -

vote him out!  Corzine thinks it is funny to ridicule Chris Christie's weight so I think it is hilarious to ridicule Corzine's appearance (not to mention his record of bribing people and paying them off).  Send a message to this "lightweight" (and he is an intellectual lightweight whose answer to everything is "raise taxes") and vote for Chris Christie.  Give New Jersey a fighting chance to straighten itself out.  As for third party candidate Daggett, he is a stalking horse for the bored millionaire.  Also send a message to current president Obama - we will not tolerate your take over of industry especially the health care industry.

Silly Scozzafava Endorses Demo

Of course she did!  Silly Dede Scozzafava (try saying that fast) has endorsed fellow lefty radical Owns in the race for the 23rd congressional district to replace John McHugh because, after all, they are two peas in a pod:  they both support tax and spend policies, card check, partial birth abortion, gay marriage, and the list goes on.  They are soul sisters.  Pray for a Doug Hoffman victory on Tuesday.  And now a message to Newt Gingrich who had supported Silly Dede:  don't you feel foolish, now?  There was never anything "moderate" about Dede.  She was and is a radical and a treacherous one to boot.  She must have a primary if she is foolish enough to run for New York State Assembly again.  Scozzy is what happens when you allow a couple of guys (Joe Mondello?) in  a back room to pick a candidate instead of consulting with those of us who actually vote.  The State GOP had better learn from this!

Note to RINOS - Please Shut up between

Now and Tuesday's elections!  I don't want to read your negative articles on Doug Hoffman or Chris Christie.  I am praying for both of them to win.  Jon Corzine of New Jersey will go down as one of the worst governors in the history of a corrupt state.  Dede Scozzafava and the fools who selected her will also be remembered as a cabal of radicals at a time when the country is becoming more and more conservative as a result of Obamanomics.  As for the RINOs on UE - please go away!  You speak for nobody but yourselves.

Why I will not be Attending Queens "Victory Party'

Mayor Bloomberg will be a "guest"  now that he has bought everybody off. He is not even a Republican in Name Only.  He is a bored rich guy who likes telling people how to live their lives.  Sorry - the Queens GOP has little to celebrate with this guy in attendance!  No, I will not be voting for him!

Pathetic RINO Nearly Derails Campaign!

To quote the Reverend Wright, Obama's "spiritual advisor", the "chiiiiiiiiickens are coming home to roost". I had warned the egregious UE website a year ago about the shenanigans of one Chance  Haywood, a man who seems to detest Christians, and now he has been fired from the local campaign of Ashok Chandra, a talented young man who is challenging Democrat Dan Garodnick.  Chandra is a true conservative who beat the establishment Republican in a primary.  It appears that Haywood posted an ad on Craigslist "seeking 'young women' to hand out fliers and demanding they send their photos" per the New York Post's Maggie Haberman.  How incredibly childish!  Anyway, the RINO campaign manager of Chandra  (Jay Golub) let this guy go.  What some people won't do to get a date!  Moral:  trust your instincts about people.  I await an apology from UE but I am not holding my breath.

Pathetic Scozzafava Backed by Rinos!

And yes, Didi Scozzafava, the RINO who is running to replace McHugh in upstate New York, will probably lose.  Several RINOs on the dismal Urban Elephants blogsite cited her as a  "good candidate".  Yes, she is "good" if you support the eugenics experiments of Margaret Sanger, the racist founder of Planned Parenthood, the largest provider of abortions in the USA.  Scozzafava proudly received their award.  She also sicced the police on a reporter from the Weekly Standard who dared - dared to ask her if she would support abortion funding in the healthcare bill.  The answer is obviously, "yes".  Richard Armey is helping Hoffman, the Conservative Party candidate who is also running for this seat.  Hoffman happens to be a registered Republican and would caucus with the GOP.  The hapless New York State GOP sees the tea parties and voter anger towards wild spending and gives the line to this Working Families Party supported candidate!  So much for "learning from mistakes".    Working Families Party is Newspeak for people who don't work.  And shame on Newt Gingrich for supporting this pathetic, doubledealing candidate.  And then there were none.  A big shoutout, by the way, to Michelle Malkin for going after Scozzafava and also to Mark Steyn who has taken up the cause.

RINOs Run Pathetic Didi Scozzafava Upstate -

obviously they would rather lose than run a pro life conservative Republican for McHugh's old seat.  They will lose - and they have themselves to blame.  Note to New York RINOs:  people like me will not vote for somebody who was given an award by Planned Parenthood and who supports gay marriage.  And Democrats know a sell out when they see one.  Go back to basics and then you can start winning elections.  Good for Mike Long for running a conservative candidate in that race.  Didi is not a good candidate or a credible one.

Cluless New Yorkers Elect Two Radicals

Yup, the few Democrats that voted yesterday chose two radicals as their standard bearers:  John Liu, to run as city controller and Bill DeBlasio, former Hillary Clinton campaign manager, to run for public advocate.  I say "elect" because this is an overwhelmingly Democratic city.  Yes, the New York Democratic primary voters who stayed home on Tuesday (i.e., the vast majority) allowed Liu, who is loved by the municipal unions, and De Blasio, who is the beloved of ACORN, to be foisted upon a city that is facing bankruptcy.  Way to go, Democratic voters!  As much as I dislike Mark Green, he is true to his annoying self and has some concern for the public.  Yassky, whom Liu defeated, is an old fashioned liberal.  I do not like him, but he is an improvement over Liu.  Heaven help New  York City as we are sold down the river.  This was a big victory for the  "Working Families Party" which is code for  "people who do not work".  We will soon be joining California in the "which is the worst state" contest and these are two Blue States!

Bloombertg and Rented Mob Invade Woodside!

Last night Mayor Bloomberg, the ex radical Democrat/RINO/independent/purchaser of the GOP line invaded my quiet Woodside neighborhood with his "fan club" which consists of people who are paid to applaud like seals for His Highness.  Bloomberg pays for everything and that includes his "fans" and supporters.  During his speech, he told the largely Hispanic rented crowd that "We need more immigration".  That's right, folks:  in the midst of a severe recession we need more people to take jobs away from Americans!  This statement comes from a man who is supposed to be have great business acumen.  No wonder NYC is sinking.  Nanny Bloomberg also shut down a cigar store for daring to offer coffee to its clients, claiming that the owner needed a "food license" to serve coffee!  I spoke to Howard Wolfson, the Bloomberg consultant who used to work for Hillary Clinton, and told him that, as a Republican, I would never vote for Bloomberg.  He claimed that "Bloomberg has done great things for my party" but could not name one!  I will give Howard credit for being able to say that with a straight face.  I also told Wolfson that I would not vote for a pro abort which is what the vile Bloomberg is.  I wonder why Bloomberg is going wild opening campaign offices and running so many commercials.  Is he afraid of losing?  Is he anticipating a backlash over his highhanded way of  extending term limits so that he can run for a third term?  The man is a vile cynic in the mold of Jon Corzine, another bored rich guy with too much free time.

Why I will not be Supporting

Robert Hornak or other New York Rinos!  I have given this some thought.  At the risk of being called "devoted solely to one cause" (the pro life cause, and actually, not quite correct), I have decided that I will write in a name rather than vote for a Republican who is not pro life and has shown disdain for prolifers.  I am describing the GOP candidate for Queensboro president(a useless job, by the way) and one of his cohorts who drills teeth for a living.  I was reading Human Life Review, a brilliant journal, when I fell upon the phrase "Northeast fiscal consrvatives who are pro abortion".  That describes Hornak et al perfectly.  That crew will be the death of the GOP in the Northeast.  Those of us who are pro life and social conservatives and pro military want somebody we can vote for.  And that does not include Northeast libs who despise pro lifers and want us to "sit in the back of the room and shut up".  The people whom I have described know who they are.  Sorry - they will not be receiving my vote. In fact, to quote from Human Life Rewview, "the Republican party needs to listen to those who advise it not to dismiss the life issues."  Amen.

WHY DON'T WE JUST BRING BACK HUAC?

That is, the "House Unamerican Activities Committee" since Nanny Pelosi and Steny Hoyer believe that anybody who asks challenging questions of the The One's socialized medicine grab is "unamerican".  Speaking of "unamericans", here are some names I would like the new HUAC to investigate:

It could begin with Linda Douglas, the White House socialized medicine "czar" who asked for the names of anybody questioning His Oneship's healthcare grab to be sent to her along with their internet provider addresses; and

Barack Hussein Obama - he should be forced to release his school transcripts.  The man does have some questionable associations including with unrepentant radicals Bill Ayers and the Reverend Wright.  I want to know what those grades were! I want to read those halfbaked lefty term papers.  And let's not forget the darling Dixie Chics or Jeanine Garofalo.

So many names can be added!  How about Tom Moran, the idiot Democratic congrssman from Virgnia?  David Bonior, anyone?  Give us names - we want names.  Let's add Sean Penn for giving aid and comfort to Hugo Chavez; let's add the names of the Democratic congressional traitors who travelled to Iraq to comfort Saddam Hussein or who have hobnobbed with known terrorists.  I think you get the drift.

Why does Obama Support Abortion on Demand?

(especially for black people).  The House of Reps has overturned the Dornan amendment which prohibited public funding of abortions in Washington D.C.  The abortion rate will now surely increase in that sorry "city".  Senate Majority Whip, Richard Durbin, has noted that "D.C. is disproportionately black" - can you imagine if a Republican had made such a statement - and that, of course "black people will be affected by this".  Why does Barack Hussein Obama have such a strong pro abortion agenda?  After all, this is a man born to an 18 year old mother who had  been abandoned by her black, Moslem husband.  Obama supports unlimited abortion rights as well as infanticide. I have come to the sad conclusion that Obama is filled with self-hatred and rage towards his family and his heritage and has a death wish for his own people.  Very sad.  And the Democratic party is the party of death.  Without a doubt.  They are proving it in spades.  Any "health care reform" package that the Democratic congress passes will provide for abortion coverage.

Liz Trotta is a Nasty Witch

I just heard Liz Trotta, (Liz who, you ask?) attack Sarah Palin on Fox this afternoon.  Trotta, who I believe did commentary during the Dinosaur Age, is an official member of the "I hate Sarah because she is beautiful and talented club".  She has totally jumped the shark and is quoting from the commie rag known as The Nation.  The Nation, even more than the Times, is good for wrapping dead fish in.  I believe that Governor Palin was sink of being financially bankruptted by unfounded ethics charges (she has been cleared of all of them) and did not like seeing her children attacked, particularly her baby.  The really class Huffington Post was forced to take down a thread attacking the Governor and her infant son after they were outed by FR for their hatred.  Arianna is the dregs of the earth as is Trotta.  Let me add the dowager known as Peggy Noonan to the envy club.  These so called "WOMEN" make me sick.  They have no idea of how real women live. Nor do they want to know.  I wish Sarah the best and believe that she will travel around the USA speaking and raising money for the GOP.  I also believe that she will run for another office.

I Attend the Huckabee Show!

On May 30th, I attended the taping of the popular Huckabee Show on Fox with my son, my friend Judy and her friend who was visiting from Italy.  What a wonderful experience.  Before we entered the studio, Governor Huckabee "worked the crowd" and spoke to my son.  According to Jesse, "Huckabee has a firm handshake" - just like a future president!  Fox treats its audiences like royalty.  This was a terrific experience and I urge other Huck fans to write to Fox for tickets.  The Goveror left after the taping to attend a fundraiser in Arkansas for a man who needs a hearttransplant.  The Huck is a great guy and I think I see a presidential bid in the future.  As my son said to me, "I may have met a future president".  I hope so.  Speaking of which, I did not approve of the Obama's winging into NYC to catch a play as the country goes bankrupt.  How very Louis XVI and Marie Antoinette of them.  They are truly shameless.  Contrast their splashy displays with the modesty of Governor Huckabee.
